Campus Operating System

A Smarter Way to Run Your Campus

Provost OS is a multi-tenant campus operating system for schools, colleges, universities, training centres and academies. Each institution works inside its own secure tenant with its own people, groups, records and terminology.

Access is invitation-only. Registering submits an application for review.

What Provost OS is built to do

The platform is being delivered in stages. The capabilities below are the areas currently in active development for the first institutional pilot.

People and enrolment records
Import and maintain learner and staff records with stable identities, validated before anything is committed.
Groups, houses and responsibilities
Model houses, register classes and activity groups, and record which staff are responsible for each.
Incident and behaviour workflow
Capture one incident, involve several learners, and record an independent outcome for each of them.
Merit and demerit ledger
Points are appended as auditable transactions with the learner, reason, actor and timestamp preserved.

Controlled onboarding

Provost OS is not an open sign-up product. An institution submits a registration request, the Provost OS team reviews it, and invited staff receive access to their own tenant afterwards.

  1. 1

Submit a registration request for your institution.

  2. 2

Provost OS reviews the request and contacts your named representative.

  3. 3

Once approved, your institution's tenant is prepared and invitations are issued.

Institution data is kept within its own tenant boundary, and staff access is granted only through invitation by an authorised administrator.
